You can now set limits per workflow. Choose a maximum order value, a maximum refund, or a list of vendors and customers Sutro can act on without asking. Anything outside a limit pauses and goes to the person you choose.
Where to find it
Open a workflow, then Rules. Limits apply to new runs right away. Runs already waiting for approval keep their current state.
Routing
Each limit can route to a person or a channel. Finance limits can go to your controller, and order limits to the sales lead for that account.
