In our first pilot, a purchase order arrived with two ship-to addresses. One was in the header, the other in a note at the bottom of the PDF. An early version of Sutro showed only the header, because the header is usually right. A person approved it.
The note at the bottom had the right address.
What we changed
Sutro now treats conflicting details as a question, not a guess. It pauses the run, shows both addresses side by side, and asks which one is right. It remembers which address that customer used, and asks again if a new one shows up.
What we missed
The PDF wasn’t hard to read. Two addresses looked valid, and we only showed one.
